MANILA- PAGASA has annouced that a low-pressure area (LPA) and the soutwest monsoon or most commonly known as habagat, will bring rains to many parts of our country.
And due to the PAGASA weather forecast at 4 a.m. In the places like IIocos and Cordillera regions, Central Luzon, Batanes, and Babuyan Islands will mostly experience cloudy skies, rains and thunderstorms including
Metro Manila, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Bicol Region, and the Visayas due to the southwest monsoon. These could trigger flashfloods and landslide warned by PAGASA.
In the rest of the country, the weather will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, mostly in the afternoon or in the evening.
Moderate winds and seas are expected in the western and northern parts of luzon, while other parts of the country, winds and waves are expected to stay light and mojderate.
